Hydrochloric Acid Chemical

Liquid based hydrochloric acid is aqueous solution of hydrogen chloride. This acid can be produced directly by mixing hydrogen gas and chlorine gas at more than 250 degree C temperature. It has strong pungent odor. This acid contains gastric acid which is found in the digestive organs of human beings and animals. Hydrochloric acid is used to remove impurities from table salt. It is also utilized to control ph value of medicinal items, edible products and water. It is also used for removal of corrosion from the surface of iron or steel prior to producing wire, sheet and other metal products.
